東莞正原鑄件無窮單位創立公司于1992年，本名東莞申達鑄件廠。重在加工：增壓殼增壓機組裝機、球鐵鑄件、灰鐵鑄件、碳素鋼鋁鑄件、高鎳大理石平鑄件、耐溫鋼鑄件和新貨物奠定。        公司位于江蘇省無錫市錫山區錫北鎮八士金橋產業區內，占地33000M2，南距無錫火車站9千米，無錫通往張家港（江陰）的公路（S228）在公司東門前顛末，交通非常方便。公司員工220名，中、高等手藝職員20名，占10%。1999年經由過程IS09002品質系統認證，2002年經由過程QS9000；1998品質系統認證，2007年3月經由過程TS16949品質系統認證，產物品質節制嚴酷按TS16949系統運轉。
        裝修公司于1992年開設時就人才引進英國自覺化殼芯機、殼型。已有生產地加工過程：殼型殼芯、鐵模覆砂、環氧樹脂自硬砂尺寸圖五種，懶于生產地高準確度、高樣貌品格、形態繁雜、各商標申請的球墨球鐵、灰口球鐵、高鎳球鐵和耐高溫鋼鑄件。尊重中頻表示電熱爐融煉，鑄件樣貌拋丸清理及鑄件熱妥善處理等加工過程腳腕俱備。瑞典OBLF/GS1000直讀光譜儀儀等的全套核實裝配為為了絕對鑄件品格提供給靠受得了的絕對。        集團公司年產量能8000噸鑄件，首會幫日資無錫市石播增壓機、大連富奧石川島增壓機、德國的ABB增壓機、意大利洛德機設備、德國的企業主主客戶等企業主主提供了增壓機主殼、蝸輪殼等鑄件、整套裝置和客車零配件；為德國的洋馬、意大利伊頓、卡持比勒、德國的寶馬(BMW)格、PLC、德國的布勒，英倫瓦錫蘭等對外商、外商企業主主提供了農機車、液壓裝置、項目工程機設備、相輔相成機設備、船泊、電器元件等生成物的高表面粗糙度鑄件和整套裝置。

         Wuxi Zhengyuan casting Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992, formerly known as Wuxi Shenda castings factory. Main products: turbine shell of turbocharger parts, ductile iron castings, aluminum alloy casting, high nickel cast iron casting, heat resistant steel casting and new product development.
         The company is located in Jinqiao Industrial Zone, Bashi, Xishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. It covers an area of 33000㎡. And it’s 9km south away from WuXi Railway Station. A highway (S228) from Wuxi to Zhangjiagang(Jiangyin) goes through the East Gate of company, so the traffic is very convenient. 220 employees, 20 medium, senior technicians (accounting for 10%) work in company. Pass the ISO9002 quality system certification in 1999, pass the QS9000 in 2002, pass the quality system certification in 1998, and pass the TS16949 quality system certification in March 2007. Product quality control strictly accords to TS16949 system.
         When the company started to run, it introduced USA automation shell core machine and shell in 1992. The existing production process: shell core, iron coated sand, resin self hardening sand three moulding. Specialize in the production of high precision, high surface quality, complex shape, various marks of ductile iron, gray cast iron, high nickel cast iron and heat resistant steel casting. Use medium frequency induction furnace to smelt. It has casting surface blast cleaning and casting heat treatment process. Germany OBLF/GS1000 direct reading spectrometer and a full set of test equipment provide a reliable guarantee to ensure the quality of castings.
         The company has annual production capacity of 8000 tons of castings. Provide Japan-invest Wuxi Shibo Turbocharger(WIT), Changchun Fuao IHI turbocharger(FIT), Switzerland ABB turbocharger, American LORD machinery, Canadian companies and other enterprises turbocharger bearing housing casing, turbine housing castings, parts and auto parts; Provide Japan's Yanmar, United States Eaton, Carterpiller, Germany BMW, SIEMENS, the Swiss Buhler, British Wartsila these foreign enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises high precision castings and parts of agricultural machinery, hydraulic, engineering machinery, precision machinery, shipbuilding, electrical appliances.
